Auro Tech Co LTD was founded in 2001 primarily catering to IT industry and outsourcing of IT Projects to India. It was founded By Nemani Shivaprasad who had extensive experience in Trading activity. Being a disciple of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, he named the company After the famous writer, Freedom fighter and philospher. Auro Tech Co LTD is a member of Kobe Chamber of Commerce.

He has lived in Kobe, Japan for the last 15 years. He did his management studies from Indian Institute of Management, Ahemedabad.(Class of 1983) He has been involved in export of New Electronics, real estate and export of used products while working in previous companies.
